Avon View Stays offers two one-bedroom self contained holiday units with beautifully appointed interiors. A tranquil place to relax and unwind in one of our guest suites, or on the sunny decks, a great place for conversation and contemplation. Each unit can sleep up to 5 people.

Excellent studio apartment. Absolutely everything is catered for from a washing machine with detergent to great selection of cereals, jams or fruit cups for breakfast with juice. Super comfortable bed (I thought my bed at home was as good as it gets) very modern regerse cycle air conditioning, very good bathroom and great views and grassy lands to walk and explore. This place has so much more but these were a few of my favourites off the top of my head. Enjoy your stay!

WOW...we were blown away with how good this place is. More than a home away from home, a true holiday destination. Spa & pool heated. Incredibly views. Breakfast included. The lay out of the unit was perfect. Convection oven, full size fridge, dishwasher, total 5 star accommodation + 5 more for location. Our only regret was we were not able to stay longer. The owner shows not only pride in providing quality accommodation but high standards of amazing enjoyment & relaxation for the guests

Great spot. Serenity plus. Dog friendly. Clean & well equipped for everything you need. Lovely outlook for wine & cheese on veranda with stunning views. Highly recommended for a getaway. Used the BBQ for most of out cooking.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. There are some good things going for this place and a number of things to improve on. Firstly, the positives. Serene location, functional ameneties - good shower, kitchen & living areas. Spa in the main deck was great fun & you must use it during your stay - sit back, relax & watch the mountains. And the long term neighbours are lovey people. There are sufficient cutlery & crockery items. There's also an iron & ironing board. The negatives. The place was advertised (incorrectly) as 2 bedroom - but it's one bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed. We booked for 4 people - the 2 unfortunate souls on the pull-outs ended up with back aches. This place isn't a true B&B. They have some small packs of cereals & frozen bread slices plus long life milk & butter/jam - it's self-service B&B if you can call it that! There were no replenishments during our 3 nights stay. Toilet doors don't shut properly & there is a washing machine but no dryer. You need to use the clothes line. The aircon is a recycler and only services the lounge, those in the bedroom didn't get much cooling so had uneasy sleep for the hot nights. Overhead fan make a continued rattling noise. Careful of the deck area of the pool as there are nails popping out - wear thongs. Pool wasn't clean & we couldn't go in with the kids. We won't me back again - but for those considering this place, its fine if you go in with the correct expectations & see past the incorrect advertising.
