Pictures representing this property is all of 1 unit which is the top balcony that overlooks the street. IMPORTANT NOTE: It doesn't represent that consistency in all units available by the property. It wasn't worth the $140 per night. Especially when I saw 22 North located on the beach with the same price per night. Our unit 2 bedrooms next to the storage/cleaning room. NOTE: It's a place to sleep if your desperate. No patio area for this unit to sit outside as there is no space for it. The only patio area they have is by the carpark where the bus stops. Not appealing. On arrival no street appeal, looks like it's stuck in a time warp and reminds me of the accommodation in the movie BLOW. But the fairy lights were cute. Entering the unit... Looked like the exterior. 70s/80s time warp, Smelt weird, musty, dampish. The brown carpet felt damp underfoot and made the unit look dark so I felt I had to wear thongs inside to feel more comfortable. The walls are cream and mostly clean but they couldn't be bothered removing frame holders of where other pics use to live. Kitchen had counter top cooking grill, just shoved on the bench like the units a storage area. But clean. Very little ventilation in the place we kept the bedroom windows open but it didn't help with the smell. The bedsheets and covers were definitely new. You can see it has been refurbished but poorly and not completely kind of like they couldn't be bothered to finish it off. The wardrobes are definitely the original and smells like grandma's old musty wardrobes she doesn't visit any more. I'd keep your clothes in your bag Couches were fabric and stained a little. Coffee table and Dinning table was sticky on arrival. Bathroom was clean just no ventilation in it but it was the only decent area inside thank goodness. It's tidy but I sure didn't feel like hanging out in it unless I had to shower and sleep quickly.

A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a useful addition and maybe air conditioning in the lounge. Otherwise quite good accommodation. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen
