3.5 star motel accommodation next to the golf course.

Situated in a peaceful rural setting at the southern entrance to town, the Gloucester Country Lodge Motel offers 3.5 star motel accommodation with welcoming rooms.

The motel is adjacent to the sweeping fairways of the Gloucester Country Club with beautiful views of the Buccan Buccans (Bucketts Mountains). It’s a convenient and tranquil escape just 2 minutes drive from the centre of Gloucester.

All 26 rooms are on the ground floor and there is ample parking space for you to park your car in front of your room. There is air-conditioning (reversed cycle) as well as ceiling fans in all rooms. Most rooms have a patio with beautiful view of mountains and golf course.

Rooms are spacious with the size ranging from a standard Queen/twin room to Deluxe family rooms.

One of the best Motel that we have ever stayed. Beautiful handy location. Very courteous and humble staff. Clean and Tidy rooms / bedsheets / pillow covers. Spacious Room. Excellent BBQ facility and Swimming Pool. Can't ask for anything more for the price. Will surely visit again soon. Sandy (site Manager) is the most courteous Motel manager, you will ever meet.

We stayed there for 2 weeks, we were in Room 9, the bed was good, the room was clean and tidy, the staff were good, plenty of off street parking and is about 4 minutes out of town by car. There is a fridge and toaster and kettle in the room, by the pool there is also a BBQ. We would be happy to stay there again A+

This is now an old property. On the whole it was clean but the lighting is dim, the room heating struggles to keep room warm & unforgivable is the hot water runs out. Soundproofing between rooms is about as effective as a Japanese paper screen & the wifi was like going back in time & using dial up.

This motel is okay. Needs a paint and refurb but it’s clean and tidy and a comfortable place to rest your head after 12 hours, knees deep in water and the sun bearing down on you. Staff are also friendly (if difficult to understand at times) and it’s well priced. Cleanliness- 5/5 Staff- 3/5 Price- 4/5 Amenities- 4/5 Decor- 3/5

Dirty cups in cupboard complete with lipstick mark on wine glass. Sticky fingerprints on plastic tissue box holder. No ice in freezer and no hot water. As I sit here in bed I look up a filthy dusty ceiling fan. I’m sorry but there is no excuse for poor hygiene practices.
