Black Swamp Campground is a small and secluded campground located in the southern prescient of the Barrington Tops National Park. Its remote positioning makes it the perfect spot for adventurous campers who enjoy challenging hikes and to immerse themselves into the wilderness.
Black Swamp Campground is accessible by both Careys Peak Walking Track or Aeroplane Hill walking Track. Other hikes in the area include Edwards Swamp Trail and the Barrington Tops Plateau to Mt Barrington.
This campground inhabits many unique plants and wildlife including the glandular frog and the broad-toothed rat.
