With names like Mountain Brie, Crowdy Blue, Manning River Blue and Saltwater Ash, the cheeses from expert cheesemaker Hugh McLeod are irrestistibly tempting. And now his Taree-based company has rebranded as Barrington Coast Creamery."Originally Comboyne Culture, we have taken the new name Barrington Coast Creamery to better represent who we are and what we do," said Hugh.
"We collect the finest NSW Jersey milk, bringing it over Barrington Tops to the coast to our factory in Taree. Still producing handmade boutique cheeses, we proudly continue to entice your taste buds with our lovely soft and hard cheeses and continue to expand our range into other dairy smallgoods."
The soft cheese range includes camembert, ash, washed rind, blue camembert, blue vein, fetta and quark.
"We provide our produce to restaurants, wineries and retail shops in the Barrington Coast area. Or buy direct from us at our cheese shop in Taree."
