Oysters and drinks fantastic. Mains were good. Dessert was a cheesecake that came out frozen?? Apparently it was just delivered today and so may not have thawed yet. Simple solution: don’t serve your dessert items if they require a steak knife.

We had an exceptional evening at Hamilton's. Phenomenal location, sitting outside overlooking the lake. Delicious food and super friendly and helpful staff. Courtesy bus back to our accommodation much appreciated. Will definitely be going back on our next stay in Forster.

Favourite place on planet earth! Would highly highly recommend. I live in Lake Mac but my partner is a local and everytime we head up to visit family it's the first place we go! The view is absolutely divine and the range of tap beers changes regularly so it keeps the place interesting.

What a fantastic place to spend the last night of our short trip in Forster/Tuncurry! The service and food was wonderful as was the very talented musician. If you want a great dining experience in a beautiful location then you must visit Hamilton's Oysters. Prices are very reasonable for what you are getting.

Yum, fantastic oyster sampling. It was a winter day with a good amount of wind, but we still enjoyed outside patio. Got the Mulled Wine which was both beautiful in flavour and presentation with the glasses.
