Oz Addiction: Aussie Rock Show & Charity Auction

OzAddiction is a blend of professional musicians with a passion for Australia and its music, dedicated to maintaining the standards of performance that made these songs great. Tight, well-rehearsed material and a love of live performance provide a showcase that carves its own place in the Australian Music scene. Clubs, pubs and corporate events resonate with the best of Australian Music, played at its best.

We're excited to host Oz Addiction as part of the Pacific Palms SLSC Aussie Rock Show & Charity Auction Fundraising Event.

The Pacific Palms Surf Lifesaving Club was established in 1986 at Elizabeth Beach as a result of the vision of locals to the needs of the ever-growing numbers of visitors and increased population and the inherent risks associated with the surf/marine environment between Tiona and Seal rocks.

Nestled in Booti Booti National park, the club is centrally located and caters for the emergency needs of the community and visitors alike. Many recent regional emergencies, such as the Taree floods, Bushfires, search and rescue, car accidents and the like a have seen their 24/7 Emergency Call Out team responding. In addition to beach patrols, the club is committed to training children to adults in surf rescue, surf awareness, first aid and resuscitation. Whilst their directive is surf lifesaving, the skills and training they offer are more than useful in any situation where rescue or first aid is necessary.

The last 4 years, prior to Covid-19, Elizabeth Beach has been the most visited beach in the Great Lakes region. As part of their continued growth in response, the need for community support is ever greater as they offer a very cost-effective service. Which is why we as a Club are please to host this fundraising event to support this fantastic work.

Auction items will be available to be viewed online from October, silent bids are accepted and will form part of the opening price at the auction.
