Day 1 Old Bar to Tuncurry (50km with 700 metres elevation gain)
- Old Bar, Rainbow Flat, Diamond Beach, Black Head, Tuncurry then transfer to Old Bar for overnight.
Day 2 Coopernook to North Haven (54km with 400 metres elevation gain)
- Transfer to Coopernook then Moorland, Diamond Head, Dunbogan, Camden Haven then transfer to Old Bar for end of tour.
