A pet-friendly holiday park nestled between Wallis Lake and Seven Mile Beach, next to Booti Booti National Park.

Welcome to Tiona Holiday Park set in the beautiful Pacific Palms of New South Wales. Nestled between the white sands of Seven Mile Beach, the cabbage tree palm-studded shores of Wallis Lake and the spectacular Booti Booti National Park.

Find your space at the pet-friendly Tiona Holiday Park, whether you are camping, caravanning or need a cabin for the night, and only 15 minutes from Forster. All of our sites and cabins are family friendly, pet friendly, and the perfect space from which to relax, explore, connect or play – plus you can have a campfire!

Tiona lakeside - for families

Welcome to a space for families to play, with the lake as your playground. The Lakeside offers an eco-retreat style precinct where caravanning, camping, walkways and lush native rainforest style landscaping allows you to embrace the natural feel.

Families are the heart of our community, and the Lakeside also provides a space where connection with children, parents and grandparents on holidays is encouraged, where the facilities are designed to encourage intergenerational interaction – a space where kids can be kids and the parents can have a holiday too.

Tiona beachside - for explorers

Every explorer needs a base. Welcome to a space for the surfies, the working holiday makers, for the wanderers and the dreamers. Over on the Beachside, there is a surprise around every corner, and photo opportunities aplenty. Take a chance to completely disconnect and enjoy nature at its finest with one of the NSW East Coasts best beaches, and then reconnect with like-minded passionate individuals and groups in the camp kitchen or barbecue areas.

The Beachside reimagines life on the road – this is a space where your neighbor changes nightly, but the friendships you will make will last much longer. Here van life is a reality; your van blends into the landscape and suddenly your living space is three times bigger.

Conferences, events and weddings

We are delighted to offer a space for people to meet, connect with each other and the natural environment, and celebrate a range of individual, family, group and community occasions. Our conference and event venue, close to both Forster or Pacific Palms, is perfect for retreats and conferences where you can start the day with yoga on the foreshore as the sun slowly peeks through the trees. Private events are also welcomed – celebrate with loved ones as you watch the sunset turn the lake shades of red and orange, and carry on into the evening, or join the local community as they gather during the week or on weekends to relax, to enjoy the space and to connect.

Would have given a 4 star rating for the site alone IF they had notified us during booking that they are currently having a major construction on site. Earth mover was working during our stay, they were building a playground area right behind our powered site and cleaning seaweed from the lake shores. The scenery of the lake however was breathtaking. It was magical. I would suggest to invest your money first in updating the toilet and refreshing the neon green paints so it doesn't look like a scene out of horror movies.

We had a wonderful time at Tiona Holiday Park! The park is so close to the beach which made it the perfect place to stay. It's literally right behind the sand dune. The camping amenities were nice and clean and we loved that there was a camp kitchen. We also spent 2 nights in a sand dune cabin and loved that we had a little walkway over to the beach right next to our cabin. Can't wait to return here one day soon!

If you are in need of a break from a busy life, look no further than Tiona where the super friendly staff make you feel at home. The parks location is awesome and close to stunning beaches and lakes. The fact that dogs are aloud all year round makes this a very attractive holiday destination. Camp fires are also aloud, as long as it’s contained which creates a very special ambiance at night (thank you management for allowing this). A lot of money is currently being invested by the new owners to upgrade cabins and facilities so watch this space these guy’s mean business as they continuously work towards creating a better experience for their visitors. Tiona owners, many thanks for the foundation of very special memories. Katy, you are a gem and thanks for pointing out those great spots along the coast.

Had an excellent weekend at Tiona, the park is in a great location with both the lake and beach accessible. Staff are friendly and with the new management it's obvious they are investing in the park to improve facilities (which are tired but still usable). Will definitely go back again and look forward to the addition improvements.
