Plunge Cafe is a family owned and operated business, it's our goal to support local growers, producers, farmers and members of the community looking to share their craft with you. We connect you directly with the growers, artisans and health experts on the Barrington Coast who grow food grown locally, create art and offer holistic health advice. There are so many benefits - healthier eating, less travel for the food and products, less impact on the planet, supporting your community.
Our grandparents had farms and we bring our unique Maltese and Australian heritage to our offerings, we are eager to showcase the produce that surrounds us in the Manning, Gloucester and surrounding regions.

The cafe holds regular health seminars and workshops hosted by Erin Miller from the Nutrition Network, featuring many local leaders in the wellbeing industry.
