Flow Bar is a family friendly café/restaurant/live music venue located in the gorgeous coastal village of Old Bar. It's the perfect place to enjoy a scrumptious breakfast, lazy lunch, sunset dinner or drinks on the deck.

At Flow we serve only the best coffee and offer quality and seasonal food that's chef designed and inspired by quality and seasonal produce.

We also host great bands and solo artists, love meeting good people and coastal living.

Attached to Flow Bar is Boogie Woogie Beach House, unique music-inspired accommodation.

We visited Flow Bar for dinner on Australia Day 2024. The restaurant was full even at 7:30pm when we walked in, without a reservation. But we were given a table on the main deck which we requested for, as I wanted to listen to the music of the local bands that play at this venue! Because the place was full, maybe that’s why the service lacked a bit of pace and courtesy as the wait staff were busy and felt like they were slightly overwhelmed handling such volumes. Even the drinks took a while to get to our table! And maybe because of the crowd, they ran out of some of the chef’s specials (like seafood chowder, brisket burger) which we wanted to order. We ended up ordering 10 pieces of popcorn chicken (tasted average), the red hot chilli prawn pizza and the meatloaf. The pizzas were very good, we enjoyed them. Overall had a good time when you add up the music, the food and the holiday vibes of the place. Definitely worth a visit while at Old Bar.

Absolutely impressed. Up there with the best place I’ve ever visited . Accomodation, food , service & atmosphere above anything I had experienced. Well done Steve & The Flow Bar team . Truely a destination experience that I will be revisiting . The vibe of this place was incredible.

Great sit out area with delicious breakfast options. Wonderful customer service. Only disappointed as we couldn’t sit near their board area due to having a puppy dog although it is outdoor so ended up sitting on the front area

The meatballs are the best!!!! So obsessed I had to have it two nights in a row. Friendly service, beautiful rooms, great food. Amazing getaway trip

Good food and great vibes. Live music available on Friday nights normally and they have some great talent here. Great for a TGIF dinner with drinks or for a round of celebratory drinks and good eats for any occasion. Pizzas are amazing. Great freshly baked stuff. Dough has a great texture and they have great toppings to go with
