Cloudy Bay and East 33 will launch their inaugural Natural Wonders expedition to the heartland of the Sydney Rock Oyster, Wallis Lake on 7th and 14th January 2022, in a shared celebration of the art of cultivation, by providing oyster and wine lovers with a series of unforgettable food and wine travel experiences.
Guests will be transported by seaplane from Rose Bay for a picturesque 1 hour flight up the north coast of NSW.
Wine and oyster connoisseurs will land directly on Wallis Lake, and will then be taken through an immersive journey to the magical oyster farms hosted by an East 33 oyster farmer. Imagine donning waders and hearing from the farming families who have been cultivating these delicacies for generations.
An unforgettable, hands-on oyster shucking and tasting amongst the pristine waters where they are grown completes the water experience, where Cloudy Bay Pelorus Sparkling Wine and oysters freshly hand selected from the water can be enjoyed.
A bespoke oyster-inspired three course lunch with matching Cloudy Bay wines at Thirty Threes Degrees overlooking the marina on Wallis Lake.
A seaplane return overlooking Sydney Harbour and arriving at Rose Bay completes the day.
