Join Mulga the Artist's workshop and learn how to draw like a pro!
Mulga the Artist is visiting Forster Civic Centre and running one of his famous workshops and Artist talks for school students.
Learn from the talented artist Mulga in a hands-on school workshop, where you'll discover your inner artist as he leads you through the practice to create one of his well-known characters. Add your artistic flair and make it your own with posca paint pens supplied on the day.
Get inspired during the Artist talk, gain insights into the world of art and how Mulga makes a living as a real artist - yes he is a full time artist and he is here to share his journey with school students who are interested.
Who: This event is for school students between year 6 and year 12 or home school children. It is an event to give participants under 18 the opportunity to work with a practising artist. Please do not book as an adult as you will be disappointed on your arrival when you are not given entry.
Drop off: You can drop your children off at the class as seating is limited to participants only. Please ensure your children have a water bottle and are comfortable with being dropped off at the Library, there will be staff on hand to assist whom have a Working With Children Check. The Expression Session workshops are presented on Worimi and Biripi Country and brought to you by TLE Electrical and Manning Regional Art Gallery.
