Bright, colourful, and brilliant, Lucy Gallant has been gracing audiences with her bohemian indie-pop for more than a decade. Anchored in folk-roots yet fiercely original, experimental, and avant-garde, the British-born songstress has been hailed as one of the most talented rising artists on the global circuit.
Lucy is on an East Coast Tour now promoting her new single releases 'Love' and 'Rebel' which were produced by Aria award-winning producer Govinda Doyle. Doyle has achieved multi-platinum record sales with artists such as Tones and I, Angus and Julia Stone, Pete Murray & Dead Letter Circus.
Her multicultural heritage is eclectically reflected in Lucy's live performance. A multi-instrumentalist she produces high-energy rhythms on the Cajón, while simultaneously singing and playing guitar, drums, and chimes. Her Burmese, Russian, Irish and Australian roots inspire genre-blended tunes and her unique voice soars with rhapsodic range, conveying a full spectrum of emotion in her songs, which never fails to captivate her audience.
Having toured the USA, South and Central America, Japan, Australia, UK, and Europe, she has dazzled audiences at both intimate venues and major festivals such as Glastonbury Festival (UK), Beautiful Days (UK), and Australia’s largest music festivals, Splendour in the Grass, Woodford Folk Festival and Byron Bay Bluesfest.
