Bent on Duck and Pinot with Clayton Donovan!!
Join us for an evening of Duck and Pinot prepared by Australia's only Indigenous hatted chef Clayton Donovan, with wines matched to each course by Bent on Food owner Donna Carrier.
Duck will be supplied by the acclaimed Burrawong Gaian, an award winning Mid North Coast poultry farm. You will have the opportunity to meet the producers and hear about their sustainable organic farming practices.
Price: $125 pp. This includes a 3 course meal with canapes on arrival and wines to match.
