Creative kids beginners acrylic & watercolour course with Creative Shell!
The Creative Kids beginners acrylic & watercolour course, is a 3 hour workshop that teaches children the basics of acrylic painting and watercolour painting.
It's time to use those Creative Kids vouchers before they expire on June 30!
The course will cover:
Acrylic painting

- Acrylic paint & colour mixing
- Step by step guidance on how to draw and paint a turtle
Watercolour painting
- Brushes & brush techniques
- Paper quality
- Watercolour paint & colour mixing
- Step by step guidance on how to draw and paint a whale
Snacks provided - please advise of any dietary requirements.
Painting starts at 10:00am sharp, so please arrive at 9:50am to grab a seat and browse Nadia's Gallery. Please don’t be late because we can’t wait!
The workshop is inside Nadias Art Gallery & Gifts on Victoria Street in Taree - entry is via the front door.
PRICE: $100 per child
Suitable for children aged 7 and upwards, under 7 are welcome to attend with a supervising adult.
What is included in the price of the ticket?
The price per seat includes everything your child will need to create their masterpieces.
They’ll have all the necessary equipment provided, including:
- A 30x40cm canvas
- Watercolour paper
- Acrylic paints
- Watercolour paints
- Brushes
- Table easel
- Water glass
- Pencil
- Apron
- Snacks & refreshments
Please note: the price is for the canvas / watercolour paper and for my guidance only, the other equipment provided is for use during the session only.

What to bring?
An imagination. Everything else is provided.
What to wear?
We provide aprons to protect your childs clothing. We use acrylic paint, which is water based and non-toxic but it can stain clothing, so your child might prefer to wear clothes they don't mind getting ruined.
Cancellation Policy
USING A CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER
Unfortunately, if you have used a Creative Kids voucher, it cannot be refunded should you need to cancel. This is because the voucher is redeemed at the time of booking and Service NSW do not allow vouchers to be refunded. No change can be issued.
NOT USING A CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way, which is why I'm happy to cancel your booking (minus the $2.00 per ticket service fee), up to 48-hours before your scheduled session time.
If cancelling within 48-24 hours, a $12 per ticket fee will be applied.
If cancelling within 24 hours or no-shows, the full ticket fee ($100) will be applied and no refund issued.
