Bennetts Head, Forster

Sunday 13 October, 10.30am

Free event, no bookings necessary.

The humpback whale annual migration has begun and if you’d like to learn more about these amazing creatures, join visiting expert, marine naturalist Jeannie Lawson for free talks at Bennetts Head in Forster.

Gain some insights into this amazing east coast natural event and learn more about how the actions we undertake every day can affect these giants of the sea.

Jeannie will be conducting free 40 minute talks at 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm and 1.30pm – while you watch the gentle giants cruise past on their way back south with their newborn young.

No need to book – simply turn up and we can enjoy the whales together.

This project is supported by Local Land Services and the Marine Discovery Program.
