Great Lakes Tackle is going PINK for the McGrath Foundation this October and to celebrate we are going to be running the inaugural Great Lakes Tackle’s Fish For Pink fishing competition. We are hoping that the competition will raise some much-needed funds to help out those that are experiencing Breast Cancer at the moment. Details of the competition are as follows:
• Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of October 2019 registration 7-8am ‘weigh in’ at 3:00pm on Sunday @Great Lakes Tackle.
• $10 per entry (proceeds to go to the Mcgrath Foundation)
• Catch and release competition.
Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish (total length, 1cm = 1 point) in each category.
• Mystery Fish (can be absolutely anything!!!! Toadies or Sharks even!)
An EXTRA 5 POINTS will be awarded to any fish that is caught using pink fishing gear. It can be a pink lure, pink line, a pink rod or reel etc.
The competition is strictly catch and release, no dead fish entries will be accepted! Fish can only be entered by being photographed on a ruler/brag mat with the anglers’ individual photo card in the pic.
