Producing local pasture-raised lamb, honey and organic garlic at Bulahdelah.

Located just 7 minutes from Bulahdelah our farm is nestled in the Crawford River Valley with views to Alum Mountain.

We are a small lamb operation on a beautiful 40 hectare farm running 160 Australian White Sheep. We are excited to bring fresh pasture-raised lamb to the area. This relatively new Australian breed of sheep is renowned for the high eating quality and adaptability to all types of climates and they are low maintenance as they are a haired sheep.

Our sheep naturally graze on pasture their whole life. They have fresh pasture each day on a rotational grazing system and are allowed to roam freely developing their muscles creating natural texture in the lamb. By giving them a bio-rich diet, they absorb more minerals and nutrients.

They live a rich and happy life and are a critical element of our regenerative agricultural system. Our aims are to improve soil health and biodiversity which in turn help to create tastier and more nutritious lamb.

We are proud to be a listed producer on the Great Lakes Food Trail and our products can be purchased for delivery via Farm to Fridge.
