We have the most modern equipment for hire on Wallis Lake with a great range of boat hire activities for all ages and skill levels from boating and kayaking to paddleboards and water-bikes.

Waterline also offers a place for you and your family to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful views of Wallis Lake and enjoy a coffee, wine, seafood or cheese platter.

Competitive prices and friendly staff. We are novice boaties and everything was explained very clearly before we hit the water. We paid for an extra 2 hours which is worth it if you want to do some fishing. The boats do not move fast at full speed so leave plenty of time to get back if you want to go exploring further afield.

Great place to rent from. Really friendly & helpful staff and there was no problem when we called to extend our rental for another hour. Would 100% rent from Waterline Boathouse again and recommend to anyone visiting Forster-Tuncurry!

Just happened to stay a few nights in Forster a few weeks ago. Stumbled across this boathouse that had something more than boats. A glorious deck on the water and a fabulous little bar that does all of your drinks along with a fantastic little menu. Brilliant location, totally relaxed and laid back, fantastic owners and staff (maybe all family) who treat you as a friend. So here I am 2 weeks later and stopped again in Forster..... first lunch stop.. The Waterline Boathouse. You might miss it from the road first time past... but persevere and take yourself to the deck out the back and enjoy.... I’m sure you will!
