The Back Road Van is a classic 1970’s Viscount caravan that sits on a 2.8 hectare property in the beautiful Markwell Valley. It is nestled between the Bulahdelah State Forest and rolling green pastures. From Bulahdelah township we are 5kms of sealed road, then 2kms of unsealed gravel road, suitable for all vehicles.

The caravan sits privately in the front paddock of our property. It is separate from the main house and is covered by a large shelter that includes an open seating area, with a small gas barbeque provided. There is also an outdoor bar table that’s perfect to enjoy a coffee or cocktail.
The 22 foot 1978 Viscount Supreme van features a ‘cosy’ double bed, with linen provided, a lounge area plus a small galley kitchen, that includes a toaster, kettle, bar fridge, microwave and a 2 burner electric stove top. There are also added extras provided such as a selection of teas, coffee with plunger, milk and local free range eggs. The van does not have a plumbed water supply, but plenty of fresh water is provided. Just behind the van you have your own separate bathroom, with shower, toilet and wash basin. Towels are supplied.
