We decided on having dinner at the Bistro. I ordered some drinks & the bar man was friendly & helpful about deciding on my choice of wine. At the Bistro I ordered the Vietnamese salad OMG what a winner that was. Often these days salads swim in sauce but this was perfect - I Loved the dressing - finger licking good, plenty of prawns in it as well. Needless to say I highly recommend it The two person musicians were great & we enjoyed a few dances

Old mate at the front bar today thought it okay to serve all the middle age men, before the female standing there before all of them. All the blokes being served didn’t blink an eye when I was clearly next. Good culture you’ve got happening there between the patrons and workers

We go regularly to the pub and always have a great experience. The food menu is now smaller but still ok. The prices have increased but where haven’t they? The salads are good, the chips are delicious. The service is friendly, drinks beer and wine choice fine. Attractive venue with good choice of areas to sit

Many times visited the pub over many years. Lovely Sunday afternoon lunch. Chicken Parmie was undercooked (left a third of chicken breast). Vietnamese Prawn salad - prawns lovely but salad should have been tossed clearly passed use by date. Should have taken it back! Bar staff service friendly and location terrific. But almost $70 for a quick lunch (just the two meals and 10% surcharge - excludes drinks) - to be so disappointed - meals spoilt what should been a lovely afternoon

Have been coming here each holiday for years. Great atmosphere and friendly staff with reliably good pub food . The menu has been pared back and the prices hiked up considerably since last year. It was a bit of a shock. The fish of the day was good as were the other standards (flathead, schnitzels and burgers) but the plates were largely filled with a mountain of chips which we left. I’m unconvinced that the prices are justified, particularly for the burgers. We will not come again this trip…we are priced out.
