We had an amazing time at Sutherland Downs, lovely weekend break in April. We were two families, and hardly saw our kids as they explored the grounds. Their favourite part was the hot tub and feeding the animals, whom they all named and wanted to bring home. Beautiful home, comfy with everything we needed. Property manager was available to help & recommend nearby outings & the booking process went smooth. Will def recommend for small or large groups & will most def go back. Rodney the sheep and Jemima the donkey expects it.

A great place to escape Sydney! We went with 3 other families and all had a bed to sleep in and space to move. A very relaxed and comfortable place to stay and unwind. Had everything we needed and more. Thanks for the opportunity of creating great memories.

I stayed here with my family and another family group. Kids ranging in ages from 3-14 were entertained the whole stay - swimming, spa, fires, feeding and patting the animals, bike riding and lots more. The adults all had a great time relaxing in the spa, lots of fierce table tennis matches, slow cooking ribs on the smoker and using the telescope to check out the moon. Fantastic house, facilities and location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sutherland Downs Airbnb in Coomba Bay for a work retreat, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the serene beauty of the property and its peaceful surroundings. The house itself was beyond our expectations - spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for both work and relaxation. It was the perfect setting for our team to bond, share ideas, and unwind. We also had the opportunity to interact with the farm animals on the property - so cute! Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend! Our stay at Sutherland Downs Retreat in Coomba Bay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation was cozy, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, especially considering we had just landed from Bangalore, India. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that made our stay truly special. Interacting with the animals on the farm was an absolute delight! From friendly goats, cows, sheep to adorable ponies, each interaction brought a smile to our faces and added an extra layer of charm to our experience, especially our 9 month old. Overall, our time at Sutherland Downs Retreat was nothing short of magical, and we would 100% go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the hosts for an unforgettable experience!
