Awesome family fun at Forster's pirate-themed holiday park on the shores of Pipers Bay.

Smugglers' Cove Holiday Village is a nautical themed holiday experience and one of the leading holiday parks in the Barrington Coast. Yet it's much more than just a holiday park. Smugglers' Cove is a one-stop holiday adventure and there are exciting attractions at each turn of the head with our free form swimming pool, toddlers pool and new resort style swimming pool with water features.

Set on 8 hectares of magnificant sub-tropical surroundings right in the heart of Forster, the holiday park features an ultra modern amenities block, restaurant and entertainment complex (seasonal), shop, games room, children's play area, luxury cabins and one of the most relaxing, shaded waterfront camping areas anywhere on the coast.. Complimenting the park's nautical theme, the amenities block has been designed with style and comfort. Labelled as one of the best in Australia, it features a family bathroom, disabled facilities, spacious laundry and wide cubicles.

Perhaps you might prefer to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet, relaxing atmosphere in the camping and caravan section. The area is situated on the banks of scenic Pipers Bay, stretching right across the back of the holiday park.

Friendly, personalised service by staff makes sure that your holiday is complete and a true escape from all the day to day pressures.

Smugglers Cove is a special place you'll want to return to again and again. Book early and we look forward to welcoming you aboard!

* Great park with wonderful amenities * large sites - have 23 1/2 ft van and had plenty of room to set up and spread out * friendly staff who are approachable and happy to help (thank you Murray and Shazz) * awesome array of things put on for the kids(and adults) during the school holidays * well situated on the lake where you can sit on the bank and fish, or put in a boat or canoe to explore Wallis Lake all the way round to Forster. * close to shops, beaches and town * were able to have a fire pit on site (they hire them) which enhanced the whole camping experience Stayed for over 2 weeks this trip and we are regulars because we love the place and the atmosphere - can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant place for a family weekend. Andrew, was our host and he was warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Much better then many of the other parks that boast a bucket load of facilities but lack a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Booked for one night for 3 adults and 1 canine. Did not stay the night due to: 1. Bad smell in room | 2. In order to get to the bathroom, you had to go through the second bedroom | 3. Did not check our dog's vaccination certificate during check in | 4. Could not park in front of cabin (we were advised during check in that we could) as there was no car access to the front of this particular cabin | 4. Came back from dinner at a local restaurant only to find that our parking spot at the back of the cabin was taken by another vehicle. Nearest parking spot was at least 5 cabins away | 6. Went to ask reception about where to leave the keys on departure but as it was 10 minutes after "closing time" the person behind the counter looked at us in shear horror and stated in a panicked voice, "we are closed". I think he was worried that our request would result in additional work for him | 7. The pet friendly cabin shown on the internet site (which appeared to be of a superior standard) was not the one that was allocated to us | 8. No blinds in front bedroom windows. If you switched the light on at night, people outside the cabin would be able to see into the cabin.
