Enjoyed a relaxing 5 nights at Diamond Beach. The attraction was being able to bring our dog along with us. She loved the big backyard and all the sights and sounds of the nearby beaches (which we had almost all to ourselves). The living spaces were bright and sunny and perfect for chilling out with a good book. And relaxing in the tub at the end of each day was heaven.

We stayed for a weekend for a big family birthday. Beautiful big house close to beach and blackhead/hallidays point. Well equipped house with lots of space. Each bedroom has a balcony if you need some personal space to get away. Great space for the dog to run around in too. Our host Dianne was wonderful.

Diamond Beach is a great destination and Seahorse Diamond Beach is an excellent choice to stay. Take your fur babies with you to this magical setting. The hosts Chris and Dianne go out of their way to make sure your stay is 5 Star. Highly recommend, we'll be back

Had a very relaxing 3 night stay. Dogs enjoyed being able to hang with us inside and out. The pool was lovely and refreshing. House has plenty of great area's to sit and relax.

After a months stay in hospital my partner booked us a getaway with our 2 dogs for a 2 night stay. One dog a German Shepard and the other a cocker spaniel. The morning of our stay as we were already on our way her received a call from Dianne to say that she had made a mistake and double booked the house. She mentioned she had other accommodation she could put us in for the night and the next day we could get into the accommodation we had booked and paid for prior on full. Upon arriving to the other accommodation with our 2 dogs we were greeted with what was a one bedroom granny flat that was on her property with horses that ran upside. The front fence had holes in it big enough that if I let the cocker spaniel of the lead he could have easily escaped from. The dogs were going crazy with the horses right beside them as well. With the accommodation being totally unsuitable we made the decision to drive home. The dogs ended up spending 7 hours in the car from her mistake and left us incredibly disappointed. She did refund our money. After putting the disappointment behind us she has since sent emails asking us to review seahorse and saying that she hope we enjoyed our stay. We have also received a Christmas card and so many other emails and other marketing maybe they should check the customers they let down and disappointed instead of continuing to throw it in our face! What was suppose to be a much needed getaway has turned into nothing more then bitter disappointment we kept getting reminded about time and time again. Do yourself a favor and do not book with Seahorse and save yourself the disappointment and impersonal marketing barrage that Dianne loves to send.
