Nabiac Showground has a range of significant buildings and other facilities, including several with important heritage values. It is an important public space used by many people, both residents and visitors, with flow-on social and commercial benefits to the local community.

The local showground committee has provided many volunteer labour hours to provide facilities for the district. The showground contains a number of built structures which reflect changing community needs and interests. Facilities at the showground include a floodlit showground arena, dog ring, cattle yards, various stalls and pavilions, canteen, camping area and amenities. Due to the limited facilities this showground has to offer overnight stays are only permitted if they are part of a booked event at the showground. To book a site please contact the event organiser who will in turn notify Council, camping fees apply.

Nabiac Showground is home to many significant community events such as the Wallamba District Agricultural & Horticultural Show, Wallamba District Junior Rodeo & Campdraft, and the monthly Farmers Market and cattle sales.

The Showground is also used by Team Penning, MNC Barrel Racing and Wallamba River Pony Club.
