This place needs to be more clearly advertised that its actually an OVER 55's ESTATE with random onsite cabin accommodation. As a result, there was no atmosphere and the cabins are extremely run down (no locking latch on front glass sliding door, no locks on the windows, part of the railing missing on deck, run down furnishings inside, tired/worn paint job - unfortunately the list goes on). I would not recommend staying here to anyone that has a family with young children because there is no other kids around to play with. When we booked, we thought the place was going to be full as we got one of the last bookings available, but in actual fact there were only 6 cabins accommodate and the rest empty? There is also areas of the estate for residence only e.g poolside bbqs? We definitely won't be staying here again nor recommending this place to anyone, maybe they just stick to being an over 55's estate as it's a very confused place trying to be both.

Amazing Pool, Clean Amenities, Easy walk to the beach. It was a nice place to stay in a tent. The beach had Ginormous waves, however lots of Kelp and Blue Bottles on the beach. The Toilets had a big insect nest in it, and management refused to do anything about it. There was a sign made that was put there. The pool a Was also a bit crowded.

Surf huts a bit tired. But nice location and friendly staff. Good for a cheap holiday.

The pool is very spacious and the beach is only a minute walk. Those are the only 2 positives. The negatives: ants everywhere! On the beds, pillows, floors, in our food it was so gross we only stayed 1 of our 2 nights. The couch looks like it was out of a rubbish bin so outdated. The floors were so dirty we had to keep wiping them with baby wipes. The air con remote was taken away so it made our stay even more unpleasant. I wouldn't go back again no way.
