A store full of old-fashioned goodness for the 21 century at Gloucester.

Forest of Play is primarily a toy store for children but it's not like the others. It stocks brands with quality and longevity in mind, toys that can be passed down for generations to come.

We also stock home decor items for kids, books and organic clothing.

Our store is a magical place to visit, nostalgic, warm and inviting, like a colourful magical forest with lots to discover. We stock mainly toys, home decor items for kids and books.

Books cover subjects such as our precious environment and how to protect it, diversity of families, race, abilities and well being.

Such a delightful place! I feel like everything in this store ignites your imagination. The toys are great quality. I especially love the range of mediaeval toys and costumes. Plus the lady working there was very friendly.

Love this toy shop. The staff are really friendly and the toys are great quality, not the disposable kind found in other shops. My kids have really enjoyed the costumes and golf set. Keep up the good work!

The most beautiful toy store! The owners have put so much care into their little "Forest of Play". My kids love it! And I love that when we buy toys, books and gifts from this shop they are sustainable, ethically sourced - and will really last!
