Our mission or purpose: We are known for helping willing human beings change their lives & improve their health by exploring their body, mind & souls in outdoor nature adventure environments to be the change they want to see.
We hold and run outdoor hiking, camping, kayaking and mountain biking events in the Barrington Coast and other areas of NSW.
We discuss health topics in these natural environments and assist people in making positive and sustainable connection and change in their lives whilst showcasing our beautiful region to ensure protection of these magical places.
