Disappointing- lack of privacy. We stayed in unit 1 there is an interior connecting door to unit 2 and really thin walls so you could hear every word your neighbours said, not to mention their ablutions. I wish I could unhear some of those noises! It was basically like sharing a 2 bedroom unit with complete strangers. This would be ok if you were travelling as a group and had friends in the adjoining unit, or if the other unit was empty when you stayed there. Or you were deaf. The unit is much smaller than pictured but very clean, tidy and modern. Very close to all amenities too. It also had a lock up garage for motorcycles which they’re happy to let you use, it has a lot of junk in there though so you’d probably only get 2 bikes in.

Have stayed 3 times in Room #1. Location great. Room is compact, but adequate and always clean. But ... the mattress and/or the bed need replacement. Mattress sinks in the middle.

MISSY THE CAT RETURNS! A solid, comfortable little set-up close to the main street. Not large, but large enough. Pro-tip: if you can access the southern side, then in season you can watch the amazing little Eastern Spinebills hovering over flowers while they load up. Being able to see them from a few feet away is worth the price of admission alone. ============== Missy The Cat Star Ratings: 5 - a place of rare genius that merits repeated return visits 4 - a strong effort with no major shortcomings 3 - a solid, worthy effort with perhaps one important thing to fix 2 - several important things wrong, but at least one important thing right 1 - can't be given a zero, doesn't deserve a dollar (as of review date)

A great place spoilt by a mean cancellation policy. We cancelled a week before but received no refund. We had stayed previously but sadly, never again. It is also not easy to make contact on phone or by email.
