Adventure Activities Outdoors (ADACOU) offers fun and safe kayaking and stand up paddleboarding activities throughout the Barrington Coast region.
ADACOU offers kayak and paddleboard hire as well as guided tours throughout the local waterways of the area between Buladelah and Forster. Seal Rocks Boat Beach is the place for a safe coastal kayaking experience or exploring through the surrounding Myall Lake at Neranie Sands or Bungwahl.
A Smiths Lake adventure around the anti-tank 'pyramids' or the famous Frothy Coffee boatshed are both safe, family friendly locations and are exceptional to explore by water in kayaks or paddleboards.

What an amazing time!! Tony was an excellent guide, he had many interesting and entertaining local stories, and he took us to places we would have never explored by ourselves. We certainly left feeling like we had been on an adventure!

Tony could not have been more helpful in accommodating our late booking and drop off for an awesome 3 days of paddling on the lake. The equipment was in very good condition, communication was easy and payment hassle free. Highly recommended.

Tony at ADACOU was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and completely flexible to our trip! He recommended and directed us to the best spots in the lakes to take the SUP boards to have the best experience possible! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the most memorable experience. Tony called us during our hire period letting us know that the weather in the BEAUTIFUL seal rocks was absolutely perfect for a paddle and we were lucky enough to be surrounded by dolphins in the bay. We cannot thank Tong enough for this incredible experience and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a good time!!!!

Adventure Activities outdoor offered the best experience that we could have in Great Lakes. Tony delivered very good quality kayaks and besides the great quality of services and equipment he was punctual, courteous and responsible regards safety. The tips about the best location to swim and kayaking was precious. He knows everything about great lakes. My friends and I cannot thank him enough for the great day we had. We definately recommed Tony's services.
