Mark O'Brien is a vinyl record collector who lives in the village of Bobin in the Barrington Coast hinterland. Mark began collecting vinyl records at a young age - first to listen to music but over time began to find an appreciation for the quirky and odd sleeves that he would come across in his searches. Mark now boasts over 20,000 records in his collection.
Mark has exhibited a selection of his vinyl records at the Manning Regional Art Gallery in his 2016 exhibition "Off the Record" and in 2021 with a new display titled "For the Record" which runs until April 3rd 2021.
